The New Trends in Womens Fashion That You Need To Try

Latest Essentials in Womens Fashion

Instagram scrolling will feed you with the latest trends if you spend enough time on it. Think pretty dresses, dainty tops and chic accessories, all of which are currently trending.  The key to being an early adopter of womens fashion trends is to step outside your comfort zone and experiment.  Here are the latest, as we see them.  If you haven’t adopted already, you’ve nothing to lose.

Padded headbands

Top of our trend hit list is the padded headband. The humble headband hasn’t been stocked on the shelves of womens fashion outlets since Blair Waldorf ruled Constance Billard School. It’s back and thicker than ever. Tops of the current trends this accessory comes in various colours and textures, from black velvet to bright satins. Keep pesky baby hairs in place and look ultra stylish while doing so.

Tulle Sleeves

Feminine and flirty designs are in. We’re talking puffy sleeves, sweetheart necklines and pastel colours. The latest addition to the mix is  the tulle-sleeved top. Tulle has made a big comeback in Australia’s fashion scene. So it comes as no surprise that these tops are gaining popularity. Tulle creates an ethereal dimension to any womens fashion outfit, even if it’s just paired with jeans and sneakers.

Watermelon Colour Scheme

The current trending colour palette as we head into spring is hues of green and pink. Khaki, sage and olive are in. Baby pink has moved over to allow for hot pink and candy pink. Combine both green and pink for the ultimate sunny womens fashion look. Go on, get your hot girl summer.

Ruched Dresses

This is an ‘80s comeback that we’re glad to see. Ruching is currently infiltrating every womens fashion garment, from tops to skirts to dresses. The gathering or pleating of material is a super flattering detail that is usually seen on the side of one’s leg, around the bust or torso. Now it’s transforming bodycon and midi dresses, hugging your curves in all the right places. Pair it with some strappy sandals, hair clips and a small handbag for the perfect summer outfit, when the weather fines up.
