This Week On The Street
With fashion week shows in London, Milan and Paris delivering the street style goods this month, we’ve got inspiration for days. This week on the street, bold styling and even bolder prints are leading the way, with some classic elements thrown in for good measure. Here’s the latest in bold winter street style trends.
Bright Puffer Jackets
This tourist-chic outerwear trend just keeps popping up, but street stylers aren’t keeping things safe when it comes to colour choice. Puffer jackets in acid brights can just about transform a winter street scene while keeping you cosy all the while.
Wild Print
Milan fashion week SS19 showgoers aren’t holding back with their choice of print and colour this week, sporting snake print and other animal-inspired ensembles. It’s a jungle out there.
Mixed Denim
Cold weather calls for creativity. While some prefer their denim to be classic and cool, others are mixing up washes or rocking eye-catching patchwork pieces.
The White Shirt
This trend remains a constant for good reason. The endlessly versatile white shirt continues to catch our eye, and with so many ways to rework this classic piece for any occasion, we love seeing what the style set come up with every season.
Local Radar
Small sunnies don’t seem to be going out of style anytime soon, but heavily embellished eyewear is stealing the spotlight for sure.
As the temperature keeps dropping, faux-fur continues to be a hit on local streets and making a great case for winter style.

Describe your style in three words: Minimal, oversized and quirky.
Trend you can’t stop spotting? Chunky sneakers and safety pin accessories.
Any trend predictions for winter? I feel like “y2k” is making a huge comeback. I’ve been keeping up with Milan Fashion week and have seen some styles in new collections, expect more tube tops, bell-sleeved shirts, cowl neck tops and cute tracksuits all in light pinks, green, blue and purple.
Style tip for colder weather? Get a vintage sweatshirt, not only are they comfy and warm but super trendy right now. For the ladies who don’t like baggy clothing, you could wear it as a long dress with a belt and some cute thigh high boots!
