After 3 days of fashion runways, Melbourne’s stylish set were only just getting started. Day 4 of VAMFF, the Virgin Australia Melbourne Fashion Festival, played host to a runway of great Aussie talent including Finders, We Are Kindred, Isabelle Quinn, Wild.Horses, S. Wallis, Talulah and Keepsake. Plus, bonus points if you turned up. That’s because the line-up included the favourite runway for dapper men, the GQ men’s runway. Don’t think we’d seen so many stylish men in one place. They’d all come out to play. Some came straight from the Arnold (Schwarzenegger) Classic that was being held in another of the Exhibition Buildings. By the 9.30pm starting time for GQ, the light had faded and the opportunity for taking street style snaps passed. We settled for chatting with the stylish instead of snapping. Loved it just as much!
