The Myer Centre – 30th Anniversary
It’s been thirty years since the Myer Centre opened its doors to the public in the heart of Adelaide, Rundle Mall. To celebrate, the Myer Centre is holding a 10 day party that revisits 90s fashion, music and games, giveaways, prizes and entertainment!
Staking its place in the Adelaide fashion scene, the Myer Centre has been home to many iconic retailers. It’s still the largest shopping centre within the city precinct, with the largest Myer store, along with over 80 specialty shops.
“We are really excited to celebrate big this year, doing it in style with a spin on the fun and frivolous 90s culture in which the Myer Centre opened. Retailers will be offering exclusive discounts and specials over this 10 day period, with shoppers able to win big.” says Caiti Bath, Marketing Manager of The Myer Centre.
From 4-13 June, the Myer Centre ground floor will feature multiple pop-ups, games and interactive experiences. Try out the 90s claw machine filled with vouchers ranging from $10-$150. It’s free to play! Spend $50 in the centre and get a free milkshake at the milkshake bar!

In June 1991, the Myer Centre launched with the iconic and infamous Dazzeland theme park located on the top level of the Myer Centre. The thrilling rides and colourful interior are memorable, and that’s exactly what the anniversary celebrations and activations have in store.
