Dreamers Eyewear to Help You Sleep

New Aussie Blue Light Glasses
Well, Blue-Green Actually!

If you are one of the many people who have trouble sleeping, hope is at hand.  Yeah, we know you’ve heard it before but this one is absolutely worth a go. A new eyewear company founded by owners who have suffered from sleep deprivation for years has come up with blue light glasses that could change your problems overnight.

Offering lenses that are both fashionable and based on science, Dreamers Company is a Sydney-based business owned by twin brothers who also happen to be international models, Jordan & Zac Stenmark.

Travelling the globe for luxury and fashion powerhouses, think Armani, Mercedes-Benz, and Apple, the brothers endured frequent late nights and jet-lag and the toll these both take on sleep health.  Searching for a solution, they teamed up with Yale alumni Dr Stafford Sheehan and together have launched Dreamwear Company, a blue light glasses retailer with a range of filters specifically designed to protect your peepers and your sleep from interference cause by pre-sleep scrolling and googling.

“Too much artificial blue and green light after dark from smartphones, computers (and) TV’s produces excessive amounts of cortisol (stress hormone), while also suppressing the production of melatonin.  This is a major contributing factor to chronic sleep issues.”

Their patent-pending lenses help you to get to sleep and stay asleep. Dreamwear lenses “are scientifically proven to block 99.9% of the artificial, toxic light that is emitted by devices such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, TV’s and LED lighting.”

The science is incredible and the glasses themselves are high-end fashion.

We’re all good at, or at least know we have to be good at looking after our diet and exercise.  Yet a third of our lives is spent sleeping. Taking care of this vital third element of wellness is essential. With their lenses proven to block 99.9% of blue light from work and study, texting, browsing or simply googling, these lenses are absolutely worth a go.
