Adelaide Fashion Industry Event
Fashion Industries South Australia is organising an informal evening to chat about the Adelaide fashion industry for those in the game. The evening will provide an opportunity to discuss what’s happening, what’s needed and future opportunities.
Fashion Industries South Australia is a newly formed group representing local fashion designers and businesses. Meeting with government departments, the group has been instrumental in determining that fashion is a large contributor to the South Australian economy in the creative industries. In fact, based on Gross Value Added, it is the largest. (To explain, GVA is a dollar value for the amount of goods and services that have been produced, minus the cost of all inputs and raw materials.). In short, fashion is important to the South Australian economy!
There’s only a $5 cover charge to go towards nibbles on the night. Food and drinks will be available to purchase. If you’re in Adelaide in fashion, this is a first in networking with like-minded business owners. It’s open to everyone in Adelaide fashion and you’re asked to bring a pen because this representative group wants to know about you and your opinion on issues that matter to you.
